Pioneer Woman

In mentioning the need to grow up in my last post, I got to thinking that I need to share who I really want to be when I grow up.  I want to be the Pioneer Woman (check out her blog!).  She is an amazing woman, with an amazing looking "Marlboro Man" (yes, I want one of those, too, when I grow up - as long as he is rich :)). 

I'll share some of my favorite recipes of hers at a later time.
