1 potato, 2 potato, 3 potato...

They had potatoes on sale at Hy-vee this week.  I love potatoes, but I often struggle with creative ways to use them.  This month, I set myself a very strict budget for groceries, so I knew this bag of potatoes was going to need to stretch.  Voila, I ran across this great post and I found myself with many great options for my potatoes.  I especially like the idea for the oven fries and freezing them!
