Cukes

I've been very blessed the past couple of weeks. There is this great gardner that just so happens to also work with me. She has kept me supplied in fresh cucumbers. There is something about the smell of fresh cucumbers that makes me happy. Probably explains why I'm always drawn to that smell in lotions. So clean and fresh! This post isn't about the smell of cucumbers, though, it is about the taste. I've found a fun new way to eat them. Instead of using the vinegar type of solution or even just ranch, I have been putting the vidalia onion dressing on top. Wow! This sure makes it feel like I'm eating a treat. Who knew that cucumbers would replace snickers for my number one snack. Ok, that might be a stretch, but I'm sure you get my enthusiasm :).
