Girl Scout Cookies

I was so excited on Saturday to see a cute little girl sitting outside of Walmart selling Girl Scout cookies! I was excited, but I made sure to restrain myself. I only bought 2 boxes – yep, only 2. How was I able to purchase only 2 of those delicious things? Well, it was actually pretty easy. I wasn’t willing to pay $4 a box for more than that. You see, I have actually found some cookies in the regular grocery store that give me my fix all year long. And, I can usually find coupons for them. So, $4 a box was way outside my budget. But, I was willing to still pay that just to have the experience and to help that poor little girl who was sitting there becoming a popsicle right in front of my very eyes. BTW..do you think they sell girl scout cookies in big cities – like New York? If so, I wonder how they sell them. I don’t suppose they go door-to-door, and I doubt it’s very legal to sit outside the local pharmacy selling cookies. Just a random thought….
