3 cups quick oats
1 cup milk
1 cup applesauce (I used chunky)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T baking soda
The night before, mix all ingredients and put in a greased 8x8 pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge overnight. The next morning, preheat the over to 350 degrees. Cook the oatmeal for 30 minutes until firm. Serve warm in a bowl with milk poured over the top. Yumm!
