New Favorite Show

I found a show recently that I absolutely love. Brad Meltzer's Decoded is on the History Channel. Brad is a mystery author and I have read a few of his books. Honestly, I've enjoyed his books, but they haven't always been my favorite. So, I surprised to find that I liked his TV show so much. The entire premise of the show is that he takes an historical mystery and his team works to find out more information behind it. The episodes I watched do not involve them actually solving the mystery, but just making sure that the audience better understands every side of the story. The one I watched recently was the killing of John Wilkes Booth - it was very intriguing and I seriously never knew that there was ever any doubt that they killed the right man! If you like history at all you really should check out this show. I've always called my son the conspiracy theorist, but I'm beginning to wonder if he didn't get that from his mom :)!

  1. We are watching that show too! Faith and I just saw that one on Lincoln and it was quite enjoyable discussing it with her, because that history class she took discussed the same theory.
