Surfing in the Morning
I'm not sure why, but I absolutely love getting on the internet right away in the morning when I wake up. I start my coffee, feed the dog, pull out the computer and sit down with a fresh cup of coffee to check out my blogs. This morning, I really don't have time for this. But, I'm willing to have to rush getting ready for work just so I don't miss my morning routine. Of course, this works out much better when I get up on time in the morning. Some days that just doesn't happen though :). I think they should write a song about this - surfing in the morning, what a wonderful way to start the day, makes me happy to know the newest, coupons that are in play. Ok, clearly song writing isn't my niche!!

I do the same thing - I put on Diego or Cat in the Hat (the new obnoxious PBS show) and grab my coffee and check my blogs. It almost always means I'm late getting out the door, even though I know exactly what time I need to shut the computer down to make it on time - I just always seem to have one more thing to look up and end up finishing late!
ReplyDeleteNot me, I have to watch the news in the morning. Do you think it's an age thing? I spend almost 2 hours when I get home on the computer checking everything, and no noise in the background at all--that's what I'm doing now in fact, enjoying the peace and quiet!
