One of the things that I am saddest about with my son getting older is that I don't feel like I have the chance to be as creative with our time together. We used to be big crafters when he was young. Every year, the family got a handmade ornament from Caleb. I remember the year that Caleb and Faith made gingerbread houses and the Easter pinatas we made another year.
So, I find it very rewarding to live vicariously through my younger sister's crafty life. And, she inspires me every day to get back to the thing I used to love to do.
