Lumps

During our class last night, I was teaching a lesson on what attracts us to other people. It was a fun lesson. We first all shared what was important to us in our friends. Then we talked about how sometimes we may become attracted to our friends. Next, we shared what we were attracted to most in people in 3 categories - physical, emotional and intellectual. The entire goal was to get the group to the point where we learned how important it is to be friends with someone we may also be boyfriend/girlfriend with. Well, I knew in advance that at least one person would tell me that they liked the way someone's butt looked like. And, I was prepared for that. But, little did I know that the one male in my class would share how much he likes someones lumps. To be honest, it took me a couple of beats to realize what lumps he was talking about. And then, it took him singing a couple verses of Fergie's song about the "lovely lady lumps." What a hoot! We had a lot of fun with that one for the rest of class and for the entire ride home. Oh, how I love the things I learn from this group :).
