Quick, Easy Meal

I love sandwiches, especially grilled sandwiches. The other night, I made the yummiest sandwich for supper. It was easy, too, so I wanted to share it with all of you.

2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
kaiser rolls
cheese slices - I used swiss
bbq sauce

I cooked the chicken in the crockpot on low for about 5 hours with a little bit of water and lots of seasoning (salt, pepper & garlic powder). When I got home, I drained the water and then put a little bit of bbq sauce on top. I turned the crockpot on high. Then I slathered the sliced kaiser rolls with butter and put them under the broiler until they were toasted. I put some of the chicken on one side of the roll and put some cheese on top. That then went under the broiler until the cheese was melted and a little brown on top. That's it! It was easy and I felt like we were eating a specialty sandwich from a great restaurant. Enjoy!
