Veggie Candy??

Check out this recipe for roasted tomatoes. Honestly, when I first read this, the description made me feel like the tomatoes would be as yummy as a bowl of candy! Either the blogger is very good at describing the food, or this recipe is just as good as it sounds. Either way, I'm definintely trying this one!
