Blooms of Thanks

I got flowers at work on Friday.  They came from our HR team - I had helped them the past week in pulling together 3 grant proposals.  It was a lot of work, but they were a great team to work with.  It sure felt good, though, to have my hard work recognized. 

I really enjoy my new job and finally feel like my time is being appreciated.  When I told my supervisor that it wasn't a big deal, I was just doing my job, he replied - No, this is not the how busy your job should be.  This type of support sure feels wonderful.  I have such respect for this company and the way that it treats their employees.  I am so blessed to be working with such a great team and I hope that I enjoy working there for MANY years to come.
